The project enquiry form and Let’s talk panel ask for your name, email address, optional phone number, project type and message. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
Why the studio uses it
The information you send is used so RC Design Services can understand your enquiry and respond to you.
Email delivery and retention
This website's enquiry form emails the details to RC Design Services. The portfolio plugin does not save enquiry submissions in its own database.
The resulting correspondence may be retained in the studio's mailbox and handled by its email provider. Hosting and email providers may also maintain operational records as part of providing their services.
Preventing form abuse
To limit repeated submissions, the form temporarily records a keyed hash of the visitor's network address for up to 15 minutes. This plugin does not store the raw network address.
Cookies and external services
This portfolio plugin does not add advertising trackers, embedded maps or external font requests. WordPress, the hosting provider or other plugins on this installation may have their own processing and cookie policies.
The map link opens Google Maps only when you select it. That service applies its own privacy terms.
