53° North

About the project

The 53° North retail outlet in Blanchardstown, Dublin, has a prominent glazed entrance facade. Horizontal glass panels, visible structural members and a projecting canopy frame the storefront, with the retailer’s signage set above the main doors. A second exterior view shows the broader building frontage and its central entrance bay.

The interior photographs reveal the scale of the retail space. A suspended gondola cabin, an artificial climbing wall and outdoor equipment sit among the shop displays. Views from above and at closer range record the relationship between the tall glazed frontage, exposed services and the activity of the shop floor.
