About the project

A residential apartment development for Marlborough Developments in Kilcock, Co. Kildare. Stone-faced central bays sit beside pale rendered walls, with glazed doors opening onto broad balconies. Metal balustrades and dark roof edges give a consistent outline to the three-storey exterior.

The apartments face a shared landscaped setting of grass, young trees and planted beds. Paved paths follow the building frontage, while low stone walls continue the material of the elevations into the garden. The project gallery records the building from several angles, showing both the more enclosed stone frontage and the open rhythm of its balconies.
